Construction Update | Narracan Lakes
We’re excited to see Civil Package 1 at Narracan Lakes nearing completion, bringing us one step closer to creating this beautiful lakeside community.
Pavement works have now progressed to Class 2, with the final asphalt layer scheduled for completion on 10 October. Topsoil installation is also 90% complete, with final authority testing and compliance works currently underway.
With these important milestones achieved, we’re looking forward to progressing into Civil Packages 2 and 3 and seeing the community continue to take shape.
It won’t be long before we welcome future residents home to lakeside living at Narracan Lakes.

North Quarter, Newborough | Construction Update
North Quarter is taking shape, with great progress across Stages 2 and 3.
Stage 2 is nearing completion, with sewer works wrapping up, drainage underway and subgrade improvements creating a strong foundation for the next phase.
Stage 3 is progressing toward final pavement levels, with concreting underway and the next steps toward our Statement of Compliance taking shape.
With beautiful Lake Narracan nearby, it’s exciting to see the vision for North Quarter becoming a reality.

Construction progress continues at North Quarter, Newborough, with strong momentum across both Stage 2 and Stage 3 works.
Stage 2 is progressing well, with bulk earthworks now largely complete. The team is transitioning to the next phase of the sewer infrastructure and preparing for the future park reserve, which will become an important community space within the development.
In Stage 3, sewer installation has been completed, while drainage and site stabilisation works are nearing completion. Crews are now advancing road pavement layers and road crossings, with water main installation scheduled to commence next.
It’s great to see the continued progress on-site and the collaborative effort from all teams involved in delivering this growing community.
