A significant moment for DevelopWise.

At the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence, Oasis Mount Pleasant by DevelopWise was named:

🏆 WINNER - Design
🏅 FINALIST - Apartments (Mid-Rise)

As a boutique Perth developer, we believe good design begins with people: how they move through their home, how each space feels and how comfortably it supports everyday life.

This award is meaningful because it recognises the thinking, care and collaboration behind that approach. It belongs to the many consultants, contractors and team members who worked together to bring Oasis to life.

Thank you also to our purchasers and residents for placing their trust in DevelopWise. The greatest success of any residence is not simply how it is judged, but how well it is lived in.

Designed around living. Recognised for excellence.

Low-Maintenance Living | More Time for Everything Else

Perhaps one of the most valuable things a home can give back is time.

Less garden to maintain. Less property upkeep. Fewer weekends spent looking after rooms that are rarely used.

Oasis was created for those ready to simplify the responsibilities of home ownership without giving up the space, quality and comfort they have worked hard to enjoy.

The benefit is not simply less maintenance. It is greater freedom over how each week is spent.

More space. Less compromise 👍

If downsizing doesn’t mean you are ready to live smaller, Apartment 402 at Oasis offers a different way forward. Situated on Level 4, this completed residence features 3 generous bedrooms plus a study, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 side-by-side car bays, with the proportions, finishes and considered details designed to make the transition from a larger home feel effortless. And beyond your front door, Mount Pleasant puts morning coffee, riverside walks and everyday conveniences within easy reach.

You know that feeling when you arrive home… and instantly exhale?
That was the idea behind the arrival at Oasis.
From the street, a natural stone pathway winds through lush greenery, drawing you towards the circular atrium at the heart of the building.
Then the space opens up.
Natural light pours in from above. Greenery surrounds you. The architecture gives you room to breathe.
It doesn’t feel like walking into a typical apartment lobby.
It feels like arriving somewhere you want to be.
And that feeling was designed in from the very beginning.
Oasis Mount Pleasant.
