Presenting the M E 60

Mount Eliza build, from prep to poured.

Full scope on this one:

✅ Driveway prep for exposed aggregate finish
✅ Front entry stairs, casing & landing
✅ Basketball court slab
✅ Strip footing with starter bars for block wall
✅ Feature wall at pool surround
✅ BBQ & fireplace area

This is what happens when a home is built around concrete, not the other way around. Every pour on this site sets up the next, get it wrong here and it shows for the life of the house.

Exposed aggregate driveway going down next — stay tuned for the finish on the M E 60 👀

Networking isn't small talk. It's positioning.

How do you connect with a room full of builders? You put yourself in that room.

Mindset and knowledge is power.

Rooms like this one are where systems get built, where standards get raised, and where the next job comes from a conversation, not a cold lead.

You don't grow a business by staying on the tools, you grow it by learning from the people who've already scaled past.

Show up. Stay switched on. Take notes.

MR Conc & Projects — always learning, always building.

PADEL IS COMING TO CHELTENHAM 🎾

New padel courts taking shape at 92 Talinga Rd — and we're laying the groundwork. Literally.

Precision slabs are everything on a court like this. Falls, finishes and flatness all have to be spot on before the surface goes down.

Big one for the books. Can't wait to see this place packed out.

Carrum Downs ✅

Bought this one in Carrum Downs sight unseen — no inspection, just trusted the numbers and experience in the industry.

Picked it up $200k under renovated market value, and now it's time to get amongst it.

Quick cosmetic reno, add some value, and onto the next one. Buy → reno → rinse → repeat. That's the game.

Follow along as we turn this one around 👇

From site cut to structural slab, this one had it all. 🏗️

Two-unit development in Glen Waverley.

Here’s what MR CONC delivered from the ground up:

✅ Site cut & spoil removal
✅ Blinding concrete (excessive fill on site)
✅ Supply & install of R2.5 underslab insulation
✅ Full formwork supply & install
✅ Steel fixing
✅ 112m² structural concrete, place & finish

The R2.5 underslab insulation was specified to help the project hit a 7-star NatHERS energy rating.

More builders are chasing that number and the slab is where it starts.

Proud of the crew on this one. Clean ex*****on start to finish.
