Holland Court, Flemington is now complete! 🏠

This project has delivered 286 new 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes and green open spaces, including the 5,000 sqm Murnalung Park for the whole community to enjoy 🛝

408 homes are now complete in Port Melbourne!

We’ve redeveloped the Barak Beacon site to replace 89 older social homes with homes that are bright, modern and energy efficient.

It’s a 46% increase in social housing to support new and returning residents. The site also features landscaped and community gardens, a children’s playground, improved pedestrian and cycling connections and a barbecue area.

We’re looking forward to welcoming residents into their new homes soon.

Essex Street in Prahran is now complete and ready to welcome its residents🏠

A mix of 155 homes that include affordable rental, market rental and specialist disability homes, bringing a 37% uplift in social housing to the site.

The redevelopment also includes dedicated social housing for women and children. Community Housing Limited (CHL) will manage the new homes at Essex Street, while Women’s Property Initiatives (WPI) will manage the social homes.

Bell-Bardia is has reached new heights – Yes, the top floor is now built! 🥳

Structural completion of the two buildings is complete, and work is progressing on the next stage.

This project will deliver 104 new social and affordable apartments for future residents to call home.

The site includes shared outdoor spaces, landscaped gardens, improved wayfinding and modern living.

Our partner, GRC Buxton has been hard at work building new homes. We look forward to seeing the Heidelberg West project come to life.

It was love at first site when former renters of the old concrete flats at Simmons Street, South Yarra got to tour the new redeveloped homes 🏠
As potential returning renters they love what they see 😍

They had lots of support from the relocations team for their first move so they know moving again will be easy. Especially if they’re moving out of the older high-rise into the new modern, light filled home next door!

📢 We're getting ready to deliver 414 more and better social homes for Flemington, plus more community spaces and services.

This means changes to parking and how you get around the precinct.

Right now, we're making more accessible parking available to residents.

Parking for residents is available between the two mostly vacant high-rises on Racecourse Road.

Construction of new homes starts in November.
