Black fascia and windows are on order, and the build is well underway.

Remember when we said we wanted to hand over some of the design decisions to you? We had some great responses, and that's how we landed on black windows!

POD 98 has made its way to Bothwell!

Part of our Premium Range, this three-module home was built at our Swan Bay factory before being delivered to its site by three trucks.

Inside, some of the premium details are already in place, including Tasmanian Oak ceilings and walk-in shower.

With all three modules now in place, the next stage will see the decks, gutters, painting and final site works completed.

This has been an exciting one to see come together... we’ll share more as POD 98 gets closer to completion.

A two-bedroom skillion roof design with open-plan living, extra windows and a little more room to have some fun with the finishes.

Currently under construction and available for sale from $189,000 off the shelf, there’s still an opportunity to make this one your own.
