Tiles punch above their weight in a tiny home.

In a full-size house, the bathroom’s just one room of many. In a tiny home, it’s often the space where you go boldest. Colour and texture in a small footprint = huge visual impact, without stealing an inch of floor space.

This forest-green finger tile is a good example, the ribbing catches the light differently depending on where you stand, so it shifts from deep bottle green to a lighter sage as it wraps the shower. Add raw ply, ABI tapware and a skylight, and you’ve got yourself a winning combo!

Thought it was about time I introduced myself 👋 I’m Joel, founder of Big Fig up in the Hunter Valley, and as of recently the new owner of Tall Tiny.

Prefabricated building has been my obsession for a while now, there’s something about taking the chaos out of a build and putting it into a controlled environment that just makes sense to me. It means tighter tolerances, higher standards, and builds that are made to last & not just knocked together and hoped for the best. That’s the whole philosophy.

Been a long-time admirer of what’s been built here at Tall Tiny, Tom & Reuben have done an absolutely incredible job in building this brand & providing top notch buildings since Tall Tiny’s inception. I’m stoked to be taking the reins. We’re a solid team of 10, and honestly, we’re still learning and improving every day, that’s part of what makes this exciting. We’re continuing the Tall Tiny brand and those flawless designs on trailers you already know and love.
Same quality, same craftsmanship, just a new chapter up in the beautiful Hunter Valley of NSW. 🍷 🌿

What a location! This off-grid cabin has landed in its new home.
The team have done an exceptional job once again, creating a one of a kind cabin.
As always, the design is a real collaboration between our wonderful clients and Tall Tiny, which always results in a unique look and feel to each cabin we build.

We are ready excited about this fresh take on our backyard cabin. This one is designed as a guest house offering a unique high end look and feel, full of bespoke joinery and finishes.

A fun one for your Sunday.
This was Tom (co-founder and designer) sending videos to Reuben (co-founder and carpenter) upon returning to site two weeks after this tiny home install.
It’s an amazing feeling, after all the stress of delivery day is done to come back with fresh eyes and see the home.
You can hear it in Tom’s voice, it’s unfiltered, it’s excitement. �We’re really proud of what we’re creating, we hope you are too.
