We are feeling so lucky! Another incredible 6 inches overnight on top of the 140ml we had already had for the week. The plus side of living in the mountains is we are all safe so we just can’t wait to see the grass grow - but someone might need to send milk!!! 😆

We would also like to thank Cameron and Kelly for foaling down this beautiful little c**t by One Knight Stand out of Banshee Mini Moore (one Moore pl***oy x banshee fantasy).

For a first time mum she is doing so well!

From small things, big things grow. 🌱🐴 ❤️

As we get ready for the Cannings final at Warwick I can’t help but reflect on some history.

Meet Pixie. The original. The flea bitten grey.

A little pony × Thoroughbred mare, who taught me how to watch my cow on the course - or fall off! 😜

Add a touch of Docs Spinifex and a few more miles on the clock, and it’s the same heart and try in Banshee Fantasy.

Three generations later, that same heart and determination still shines through in the likes of Banshee Peter Pan ❤️.

My 6yo daughter rides Snow White, we have had great success with Mini Moore and then we see Merlin and Puss in Boots doing amazing things in the hands of others. All that same bloodline.

We’ve always believed in breeding horses that have more than talent. They must have honesty and integrity. We back the mares that give you absolutely everything they’ve got, every single time.

The mares with grit, heart and an undeniable will to try. The ones that might not have the fashionable pedigrees, but have something you simply cannot put on paper.

And when you find those qualities, you breed to preserve them.

Because a pedigree tells you where a horse comes from, but it doesn’t always tell you what’s in its heart.

Sometimes the greatest reward in breeding isn’t just what you produce, but seeing the very qualities you believed in shine through, generation after generation. 🤎

Warwick 2026 wasn’t meant to be for SDP Scott David, but Scotty remains every bit as special to us.

He’s given us far more than wins and trophies—unforgettable moments, treasured memories and countless reasons to be proud. After everything he’s been through, we’re simply grateful to see him doing what he loves and giving his all.

There will always be another competition, but there will never be another you.

Congratulations to Rohan Marks and Linesman on another impressive Stallions win—what a performance!

To all the remaining Gold Cup competitors, good luck for the rest of the competition. We’re cheering you on and wishing you all the best for that moment we all dream of!

A beautiful SDP Scott David c**t joined us this morning out of Erin Two Spins!

Erin Two Spins is a direct daughter of Dual Rey and out of Erin Jessica Spin (Docs Spinifex). This makes her a full sister to Spin Rey ( winner of 8 open drafts, 60 cutouts), Erin Missy Rey (NCHA LTE $32,000, PE $43,000), Erin Madam Rey (NCHA LTE $17,000) and many other half siblings who have performed in the cutting AND campdraft pens. She was unfortunately never trained out herself.

Two Spins is 13yo, a lovely mare to handle and a super easy breeder. She has never had problems foaling. She is a good doer but does get some itch in our country.

She is offered for sale with foal at foot and a complimentary rebreed to Scotty for her or another mare in your paddock. We have retained two progeny from her.

Mare and foal could likely travel in two weeks time.

In his first year performing at the Warwick Show and Rodeo our Peter Pan runs a 90 in the Gold Cup and an 88 in the Canning downs! After both second rounds he enters that Canning Downs Final with a 173.

Banshee Peter Pan is by One Time Royalty out of Banshee Fantasy. At just 7yrs old we couldn’t be more proud of how he has handled the pressure and big asks!

We will be cheering him on at number 29 on Sunday!

SDP SCOTT DAVID – SOME GOOD NEWS! 🤎

After a worrying couple of weeks, we’re relieved to share that Scotty has been cleared of anything major! 🙏

Following thorough spinal and shoulder examinations at the University of Queensland, the specialists have ruled out any significant issues. It’s now a diagnosis of exclusion, with a pinched nerve remaining as a possible explanation for his symptoms.

While we don’t have a definitive answer, we’re incredibly relieved with the outcome and hopeful about what’s ahead.

🤠 Our sights are still set on Warwick although this is not our priority! Scotty will be on a very limited workload between now and then so for now he will just have to undertake supervision duties of his babies 😜

For our breeders, frozen semen remains available to fulfil breeding contracts. We won’t be undertaking any further collections until after Warwick, allowing anything that has been aggravated to rest and reset.

A huge thank you to everyone who has checked in, sent messages and wished our boy well. We know how special he is to us, and we’re grateful to have some positive news to share.

Here’s hoping our boy is back doing what he loves at Warwick! 🤎🐴
