Who is a MidiStays host?

They're holiday homeowners, retirees, investors, empty nesters, and everyday Australians with a furnished property they'd like to see used and enjoyed.

Many turn to MidiStays as a practical alternative during the quieter months, when short-term holiday letting isn't always feasible. Instead of sitting empty, their property can provide comfortable accommodation for travelling professionals, relocating families, medical stays, and people in transition.

Different properties. Different stories. Different reasons for hosting.

One thing they all have in common? They love the simplicity, flexibility, and consistency of income that MidiStays brings.

Stays of a few weeks to several months appeal to a wide range of people.

If you're a short-term rental manager, find out how mid-term stays can complement your short-term rental business and open the door to new booking opportunities.

Every business starts with an idea.

For me, that idea came from seeing a gap between short holiday stays and traditional long-term rentals.

People needed flexible accommodation for weeks or months, while property owners were looking for more flexibility and control.

That's why I started MidiStays.

It's been an exciting journey so far, and I'm grateful to everyone who has supported the platform along the way.

We are still growing, but the vision remains the same: helping connect quality properties with guests looking for a place to call home for a little while.

Thank you for being part of the journey. 💚

Peak nightly rates look impressive, yet they rarely reflect the real picture. Mid‑term stays focus on consistent occupancy, predictable income, and simpler operations, giving you a return that’s easier to rely on.
