WAADA Construction Update | October 2026
From foundations to finishing touches, WAADA’s vision continues to take shape across our neighbourhoods.
* Altura 1: Shoring and piling complete; excavation for the next stage of foundation works underway.
* Altura 2: Waterproofing and Zone A raft works progressing.
* Cascada 1: Zone A raft casting complete; raft works continuing in Zones B and C.
* Raiha 4-bedroom semi- detached villas: Foundations, ground beams and ground slabs progressing; mock-up villa blockwork underway.
* Raiha 6-bedroom villas: Foundation casting and backfilling ongoing; mock-up villa footing cast.
* Rayhan Townhouses: First-floor and roof slab casting, blockwork and mock-up interior finishes progressing.
* Masjid-e- Rafi : Roof slab and minaret works advancing; Imam’s house roof slabs cast.
* Show apartments: The 2-bedroom apartment is complete, with studio, 1- and 3-bedroom units nearing completion at our Dubai South Sales Center.
